LNWMO Graduation – Class of 2023

We are looking forward to your attendance at the LNWMO Class of 2023 Graduation, July 13th, 6:00pm-8:30pm at the Hamilton United Methodist Church – Family Life Center, 104 W. Samuel Street, Hamilton. Please confirm your reservation below. Reservations are $25.00 per person and payable in advance. (If you wish to pay by credit card, you may do so through our “donate” link at Community Foundation which accepts VISA, Mastercard and Discover. Please enter exact billing address for your card or transaction may be declined.) Graduates: You are our guests for the evening so there will be no charge for you to attend. Please fill out this form including yourself and any guests that will be attending with you and send payment in advance if applicable. A Raffle Fundraiser will be held at graduation to benefit LNWMO. Note: The Route 13 bridge at Hamilton is under construction, so if you are traveling eastbound on U.S. Route 36, the suggested route is to exit at Business 36 right before Route 13.
